DO WE SEND PROOFS?
Of course! Check your Etsy messages often! We want to make sure you are happy with the way they look before we print. We will send you a proof to review within 24 hours of your purchase, unless you buy on a weekend, then you may have to wait until Monday. If you have not approved your proof within 2 days we will print and mail your order with the information you provided when placing your order. All work is completed only after a purchase is made.

SHIPPING
After your approval is received we will begin printing your labels and they will be ready to ship within 2-3 days, excluding weekends. We are closed on the weekends.

If you need your cards sooner, we offer shipping upgrades which can you select during checkout. Including RUSHING your order which means your order will be shipped same or next day, depending on the time of day we receive your approval. We will only guarantee Express shipping because that is the only method of shipping USPS guarantees.

If we do not receive communication/approval within 3 days your order will be printed and mail as you requested.

HOW TO GET YOUR INSTANT DOWNLOAD/DIGITAL FILE
After payment is received you will be directed to another page to download your file. Click download and save the file to your computer (don’t forget where you save it!). After you save it, you can access and print the file as many times as you want.

Important policies you need to be aware of:
• A $10.00 cancellation fee will be charged for any orders cancelled after a proof has been sent.
• We will not be responsible for any errors you overlook on your proof. Look closely at all information on your proof and make sure it is 100% correct.
• If we do not receive a reply from you in 4 days we will print and mail your order. We will not be at fault for any errors or missing information given when you submitted your order.
• No Refunds will be given. Our products are personalized and cannot be returned.
